This hotel was incredible. I stayed in the Oscar Wilde suite. The attention to detail was beyond compare. This establishment thought of everything, right down to the chocolates. I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .

Room was spacious very clean and decor modern. Jurys Croke Park was not the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at, but it was the best stay ever, especially due to its professional employees. Everyone, from the reception to the cleaning ladies, did their work *perfectly*, and the hotel itself was also in very good shape.

This is the second time I've stayed in the Shelbourne Hotel and will definitely be returning. Absolutely loved this hotel! Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! Everything in this hotel was as you would expect for a 5* hotel. At no point did we think something was amiss as is often the case in other hotels. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Grafton Street. Only about 10-15 min walk to Temple Bar -area or The River Liffey. Very friendly staff. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.
