The manager John and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them to do. The hotel also has an excellent food menu, value for money including 2 for 1 on certain days and times. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and fresh, including vegetarians options. We got there too early to check in but the staff took our bags and gave us all tickets to come back and get them later when the rooms were ready - location, i was able to walk to/from the train station easily and also in to city centre- no taxi was needed! - For Concerts at The Olympia Theatre and access to and from Heuston Station,Grafton Street

This hotel is in a great location. Our room was spacious and surprisingly very modern.
This is the third hotel I have stayed in in Dublin this year and this was my favourite. It was excellent value for money, over 50 euro cheaper than similar hotels in Dublin that we priced. M

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. We arrived 40 minutes before the check in time but -
Good location. 10 minute walk from the city centre. Very nice hotel, it has a bar and cafe/resteraunt attached. The bar let us charge a load of drinks to the room when we ran out of cash - Im not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing. It was good at the time, but not so good when we got the bill on check-out. The room was small but very nice. Be careful of the shower - its very powerfull and the shower curtain isnt stong enough to hold it, so if you leave your shoes on the floor they Wil

Fantastic location, very close to the Temple Bar area of London, one
block off a major street and the river, yet tucked back on a side street
where there is little noise. The staff bent over backwards to accomodate
any requests, from an early breakfast to holding over luggage. Morning
breakfast very good. Location less than a block for bus connections both
within Dublin and to sites outside the city. Within easy walking to St.
Patricks Cathedral, City Hall, Trinity University.

The hotel is new, clean andmodern, and the staff was very friendly. - Our reservation didn't show up and the hotel was sold out, so the guy working the front desk bought us a drink and paid for a cab ride to the other comfort Inn in Dublin, which was more central, and gave us the same rate.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

Very good location very good and flexible staff. Homely atmospere and with good company you can have a great time here. Warm bed and good shower with constant temperature! Only one in Dublin I have seen to have that. -
A luxury hot shower that does not change to cold or too hot. The staff was great and at your service. Need anything? Yes a pizza.
