Prior to my arrival I emailed the front desk about transportation from the airport -- they emailed me back immediately with the bus to take, where it drops me off, and how to get to the hotel from there. Upon checkout, I was able to leave my bags at the front desk and they provided me with a taxi to the bus station. The room was quite and very clean and breakfast enjoyable, you received a discount if booking breakfast when you arrive. Lifts available so you don't need to carry bags. We got a very good last minute deal for the night. There is a pub bar/food connected to hotel.The hotel has entertainment shows on weekends. The hotel is very closely located to entertainment, food, sight seeing attractions.

  The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. We need to book a taxi for 7am the same morning and the gentleman that let us in insisted he would sort that out for us so we could go to bed.   The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I telephoned the night before our arrival, explaining that we were on a very early morning flight. I asked if we would be able to drop off our bags at the hotel. The receptionist encouraged us to come straight to the hotel and arranged an early check-in on arrival. It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus.
