Staff were very efficient and friendly. The courtesy bus is a fantasticconvenience for travellers staying at the hotel and all the drivers wereso helpful and friendly. - On arrival we were checked in straight away.We were asked if we would like to book a table in the resturant by the receptionist on arrival.room service was very quick.

The Radisson SAS was formerly the Great Southern which was a very good hotel. Radisson SAS are currently updating the facilities but that didn't take away from the enjyment of my stay. They have a free shuttle which takes you to the airport and which is completely reliable. The staff were extremely helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation reccomend

When we sleepily knocked the phone off the hook for the wake-up call, someone came to the door personally and knocked! We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so the airport shuttle was super convenient and -- since it was free -- contributes to the "value" rating. Everyone was very efficient, pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is located 2km away from Dublin Airport - easy to get there by taxi (about 9 euro), bus (2 euro, timetable is available on reception) or on foot (probably about 20 - 30 min. to go, didn't try it). Quite hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, nice smelling bedclothes and towels, good breakfast, affable staff, adequate price. I arrived at 1 p.m. - there was no problem with check - in. Perfect place to have a rest before next flight, I was absolutely satisfied.

We arrived late and left early the next morning. As the group leader, I especially appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out. Also comfy beds! Bathrooms extremely clean. This hotel is exceptional for cleaniness, comfort and service.The beds are the nicest I have EVER slept in and I have stayed at lots of 5 star hotels, the shower unit was what you only find in 5 star hotels and the buffet breakfast was lovely,great fresh coffee! We stayed in the hotel three times during 15 days since we went to Europe and then back to Ireland. They kept some of our luggage for us. They had a prefectly clean, new crib and diaper changing mat for the baby in the room and their Irish breakfast is a true feast.

Courtesy of staff! The way the looked after me like i was a person not just a customer.The easy going but Professional way of the staff, made me feel so welcome from the minute i arrived until i departed! Location was ideal too as i was coming from and returning to the Airport. - It's not the best location in terms of having something closeby to do

Was really impressed with this hotel.Room was great,bar was great (welcoming & comfortable),staff first class.Asked them to order a taxi into Dublin & we were told about the bus for 1/10 of the cost,where the bus stops were & our notes changed into coins.All without asking.Breakfast was superb.Place spick & span & tastefully do

The accommodations were excellent. The rooms are small but well outfitted so we had everything we needed. The restaurant & bar had a nice selection and the service was good. We had two problems: our room was directly above the area used for smokers from the bar so the smoke was very heavy even with windows closed; the heat was blasting and drunken revelers ran up and down the hallway until 4:30 in the morning and we had no way to access management for assistance. The security of the car park was important, plus the fact that the hotel cancelled the ticket charge on departure, unlike a top hotel in Belfast. I arrived later than planned and was grateful to be able to obtain something substantial to eat, without using room service.
