Staff were very efficient and friendly. The courtesy bus is a fantasticconvenience for travellers staying at the hotel and all the drivers wereso helpful and friendly. - On arrival we were checked in straight away.We were asked if we would like to book a table in the resturant by the receptionist on arrival.room service was very quick.

The Radisson SAS was formerly the Great Southern which was a very good hotel. Radisson SAS are currently updating the facilities but that didn't take away from the enjyment of my stay. They have a free shuttle which takes you to the airport and which is completely reliable. The staff were extremely helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation reccomend

When we sleepily knocked the phone off the hook for the wake-up call, someone came to the door personally and knocked! We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so the airport shuttle was super convenient and -- since it was free -- contributes to the "value" rating. Everyone was very efficient, pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is located 2km away from Dublin Airport - easy to get there by taxi (about 9 euro), bus (2 euro, timetable is available on reception) or on foot (probably about 20 - 30 min. to go, didn't try it). Quite hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, nice smelling bedclothes and towels, good breakfast, affable staff, adequate price. I arrived at 1 p.m. - there was no problem with check - in. Perfect place to have a rest before next flight, I was absolutely satisfied.

John and Annabella's hospitality is second to none. Was not supposed to check in till after 3pm but having had an early flight over I asked if there was any chance of an earlier check in, not only did they allow me to check in early John insisted on picking me up from the airport! John dropped us of at the bus stop to go into town later and offered to pick us up if we called him, where else do you get that?
Next morning we were served the most delicious breakfast by Annabella along with the bes

We arrived late and left early the next morning. As the group leader, I especially appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out. Also comfy beds! Bathrooms extremely clean. We stayed in the hotel three times during 15 days since we went to Europe and then back to Ireland. They kept some of our luggage for us. They had a prefectly clean, new crib and diaper changing mat for the baby in the room and their Irish breakfast is a true feast.

Courtesy of staff! The way the looked after me like i was a person not just a customer.The easy going but Professional way of the staff, made me feel so welcome from the minute i arrived until i departed! Location was ideal too as i was coming from and returning to the Airport. - It's not the best location in terms of having something closeby to do

Every room had a parking space alotted to it... Was close to the cityonly cost €15 for taxi and they were continously passing the door. Theresidents bar was brilliant and alot cheaper than dublin prices!!! Andthere was no real closing time aslong as we didnt get too round. One ofthe most comfortable bed i've ever slept in! And great value for money

The food was great and that includes Breakfast. the beds were comfy and WiFi in the rooms was an added bonus. the location in terms of access to Dublin, Swords and Duleek was ideal.the Staff was friendly and helpful at all times.check in and out times are wonderful so you are not rushing around in the morning.entertainment in the lounge and the TV

Staff were extremely helpful even though shuttle bus missed me at the airport and a taxi driver took me all over the country! But brona was so helpful getting me to the station the next morning
