  The hotel was more than I was expected. Came with my husband and 3 small children (including an infant). The rooms were clean, fresh and so spacious...They had put a cot in the room on request. The staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.   We were able to book in an hour early and not only that, the ownersGiovanni and Barbara, even upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost as itwas available! The room itself was fantastic - very clean, comfortableand tasteful. The beds were so comfy and well dressed. We were just soimpressed.   We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail.   I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

  Located at one end of the High Street with easy access to the town. Queen sized comfortable bed dominated the room, but there was adequate storage for clothes, and tea/coffee facilities. Good cooked breakfast - Staff were excellent and very helpful. Perfect location near to all the eateries. Thanks for a nice stay!
