The tea/coffee facilities were plentiful too which struck meas unusual. Helpful but unobtrusive staff. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Leisure facilities were excellent. Food was sublime - excellent standard of customer service,wonderful staff and excellent facilities-definitely will be returning

I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

The staff were brilliant, very friendly towards children. Breakfast was good, more than enough choice with continental option, my partner had full English which was cooked to order. Sammy the waitress was lovely and even got fried bread for our daughter! Room was clean, bathroom spotless and giant tv a bonus, especially with the children. Location

staff efficient and friendly. breakfast was superb. price was extremely reasonable. i am temporarily disabled and we had a brilliant room suitable for me, with an accessible bathroom (wet room) on the ground floor. no steps anywhere.
