The rooms were clean, fresh and so spacious...They had put a cot in the room on request. The staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.   Prima, aardige mensen, hij heeft ons zelfs naar het station gebracht. - We were able to book in an hour early and not only that, the ownersGiovanni and Barbara, even upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost as itwas available! The room itself was fantastic - very clean, comfortableand tasteful. The beds were so comfy and well dressed. We were just ... wat mensen zeggen » soimpressed. The tea/coffee facilities were plentiful too which struck meas unusual. The breakfast was excellent!! - Comfortable, clean rooms; friendly owners; good breakfast; choice of teas in the bedroom tea-making kit; quiet location, with large car park, convenient for driving into the town centre.

  Het bed was uitmuntend, ik heb nog nooit zo lekker geslapen in een hotelbed. - Een vlotte balie, goede barmaaltijd en prima luxe kamer. Geen geluid van buiten in verband met nabijheid vliegveld. De ligging tegenover het vliegveld (loopafstand) en de aansluiting op trein en nabijheid van het NEC zijn super.

  The staff were brilliant, very friendly towards children. Breakfast was good, more than enough choice with continental option, my partner had full English which was cooked to order. Sammy the waitress was lovely and even got fried bread for our daughter! Room was clean, bathroom spotless and giant tv a bonus, especially with the children. Overall a great stay, highly recommend x - staff efficient and friendly. breakfast was superb. price was extremely reasonable. i am temporarily disabled and we had a brilliant room suitable for me, with an accessible bathroom (wet room) on the ground floor. no steps anywhere.

  I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

  Located at one end of the High Street with easy access to the town. Queen sized comfortable bed dominated the room, but there was adequate storage for clothes, and tea/coffee facilities. Good cooked breakfast - Staff were excellent and very helpful. Perfect location near to all the eateries. Thanks for a nice stay!
