  The boss's daughter's English is very fluent. She is the only one that is of great help but she is not always available. The other service people there are not quite good at English. Communication is very inconvenient. If you like tennis, they have 3 great tennis courts that can be reserved before 4pm.   The location is good - just across the bridge from the BTS station (Saphon Taksin) and the boat ferry stop (Central Pier or Sathorn). Good range of breakfast food. Whilst you can find better food outside in the evening, the food in the restaurant is not bad. The rooms are more than adequate - enormous double bed and good shower. Staff are helpful... 别人怎么说 » and courteous. - Rooms were a fairly good size. There was a queen sized bed and enough room to accommodate another queen sized bed. It's really near the pier to take the river taxi across. Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel. 7 eleven 5mins walk from the hotel. Most of the reception staff were very helpful except for one particular male staff (see below).

With 7-11 right across the hotel, midnight snacks wouldn't be a problem.
