Staff very friendly and could speak English well Room big and very clean Bathroom with a separated shower (pretty rare wherever I ve been in Thailand) We booked 1 night and once we sow the room decided to stay some more nights and the lady at the reception offered us a very big room for the same price Very good position close to bts train In the room there is also a fridge that can be very usefull In the all there is some food for free available all day and night, so you can have a small break.
所有评语 » Not more than 10 mins walk from Phrom Phong bts station located in a small alley less than 50 metres from Sukhumvit road. The extremely friendly, polite and helpful staff made the stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Simple food and drinks available 24-hour at the lobby for free. Also free wi-fi around the hotel with a stable connection. Stayed in the Superior room with an extra bed and it was comfortable enough for three people. Big fridge with complimentary bottled water. Bathroom and room were . We stayed here for 1 night only, but impressions are only positive!!! The staff arranged late check in for as ( as it's written check in till 10p.m.) Very friendly staff!!! Tea, coffee, sandwiches with jam and butter were for free. Nice and comfortable room. Good bathroom. In the morning they helped us to arrange taxi to airport. To free coffee they added some fruits. I liked this place and it's staff!!! Thank you!. Room more than comfortable to accommodate 4 adults (2 king size bed) with ample walking space. Also come with free wifi & satellite tv (HD channels). Conveniently located within walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS station (7 minutes) & 7-Eleven. Free-flow of coffee & tea, instant noodles & snacks. Staffs were extremely helpful. Around the hotel have everything Thai restaurant, 7eleven and 10 minutes walk for Terminal 21, 30 minutes walk for Centeal World, 45 minutes walk for Siam Paragon. So location was excellent. I will be back to Suites 31. The location is good, it's very close to the BTS station. All the staffs are so nice and they always try their best to meet customer's requirments. The most important is the hoster speak chinese very well, it is very helpful for us and he will give so many good suggestions to you. They make me feel so warm at BKK. We booked a Family Room which was large and had 2 large double beds and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic with our kids and took care of them very well. There are free coffee/hot choc/tea/snacks in the lobby and the kids made full use!. Very good place, comfortable, good price, and snacks for free 24 hours. Near an important mrt station (you can easily move around the city), and very close the Sukhumvit road: the night life of Bangkok and a lot of places to shop during the day. The receptionist were really nice and kind (the taxi driver left us in another hotel and he came to pick us up in the middle of night..). the room was clean and generally we did have any problem. i recommend it for young couples or friends. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and there was a hdtv, with English channels. Plus they provided free water, fruits and instant noodles near the reception. The staff where amazing, really felt like they went out of there way for us. The free table of food, tea, coffee and water was amazing. The location was excellent, close to all public transport. Room is clean and all staffs are very friendly. Especially snacks, bread, coffee and fruit are free 24/24. For low/medium budget travelers , this place is a great choice to stay in BKK. We planed 2 days stay but the excellent behavior of their staff , specially reception staffs convinced us to stay 3 more days. Overall excelling place to stay. Close to Skytrain. The small street is not nice and can give a bad impression The entrance is a little bit untidy. Poor TV reception. No extra lock for room door. However, both were no big problem as we were not really into watching tv anyway and the hotel environment felt quite safe. The only thing is that WiFi was working with some pauses. Bathroom tiles was quite slippery when wet. It is advisable to thread with precautions after shower / when wet. None. The hotel is in a very small soi off Sukhumvit 31. The Free Parking is not really possible, though they did find a space for our car (basically if there more than 2 guests with cars, then it will not work and parking around there is a nightmare). Payment was requested upfront in cash, not a problem, but some may not like it. Poor English of the employees... But all over the city is the same history, the Thai's English is very bad. We took a room for 4 people and it was too large for the air- conditioning, so it was cold on one side and warm on the other. The place also took a little finding. I bet you cannot find any flaw at this budget rate. Superb Place to stay. nothing. The mirror is only in the bathroom. They should provide another mirror in the bedroom. Was a little tricky to find (or maybe my taxi driver didn't know area too well). The room was a cross between backpacker and hotel quality. Okay but nothing special. If your room opens out into the lift area, you will hear the lift bell during the evening. It is located in the middle of the two BTS stations, around 10 mins walking distance from each. Unstable wifi. You can find nicer places in Bangkok for this price. a small tv in room. bathroom didnt have any soap there, no room service,phone was disconnected. u have to find it a little as it is a little inside the street and its not very famous as well to ask the way from somebody. wifi was also not working fine. hard to find at the first time, noisy in the yard at morning. No good TV signal in bedroom. Not good TV reception in rooms. Weight Machine not available. Bathroom we had was very basic and had gutter smell as it was blocked with Lo roll. The facilities are too simple and the decoration is normal. There is no place to hang on clothes and towels in the room which is very unbelievable to me. no kitchen, no microwave oven can be used. less spacious bad bathroom design. Confusion with S31 (a more luxury suites hotel) - many reviews were actually for that place. We stayed with my sister, that's why we needed two rooms, but for the same price we could have booked two similar rooms somewhere else much cheaper. Room service not good!.
