  Perfect location at 3 minutes from the relaxing Kamala beach and from many bars and restaurant. The room was wonderful and perfectly cleaned. The breakfast simple but delicious. This was the most important feature of the hotel when the booking was made and the view was excellent indeed. Couldn't ask for better! The personnel did everything to assist and gave us lots of personal attention. Really enjoyed the breakfasts outside.Good value for money when travelling on a budget.

  We were greeted by the hotel staff at the airport as we had opted for the airport transfer. It's not free but I've no complain as it was very pleasant. The moment the polite driver sat on his driver's seat, he offered us two towels to refresh ourselves. Then we were offered a drink each. The suv has a lemongrass scent which made us smile. When we reached the Bell Pool which is about 30 mins from the airport, the main door opened and it - The hotel was amazing and its very quiet and the staff are helpful. But this hotel is very nice for honey moon couples and for famillys. The only issue was that their r soooooo many bees and my wife was always screaming like a baby so watch out all men if u have wifes are affraid of inscects.

Furniture is not new, but pretty well maintained, kitchen well equipped, room delivery meal service, food is really good.
