  I would highly recommend My Bangkok Pad. My wife and I, with our two young children stayed for one week whilst visiting Bangkok. The management, Philip and Pin, are very proactive in terms of customer satifaction. Philip and Pin, the owner of the place were really helpful and thoughtful, they stocked up fridge with food and drinks to ensure that we had things to eat and drink after a long flight. It is located a bit far from Suvarnabumi airport but the staff is available for 24 hours to pick you up at any time.
