  The location is very good, central and quiet because not directly on the street. The value for the price is quite good (big room, though not the luxury one, but with air-con, en-suite bathroom and a comfortable bed).   I'd recommend this friendly, cheap and clean guesthouse to the budget travellers. The location is pretty nice, in a quite soi, not far from the Kao San Road. - Convenient location. Friendly staff.

  The location was great for us. Fifteen minute walk to Khoa San Road, but far enough away it was quiet and nice. Hotel was spotless! We had two rooms overlooking the pool - 301a & b and they were great. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great. And hotel and rooms were so clean, modern desined, quiet and calm in the city centre. Nice pool open till 10 pm, that was especiaaly refreshing after all day walking during the city.
