  When I first booked this hotel I made a mistake when entering the dates and immediately rang letsbookhotel.com. They were very helpful and rang Plai Gardens (less than 10 minutes after I had booked) to see if I could get a refund as it was an honest mistake and I was going to still book the correct date: Their answer was No!   We had to stay overnight in Bangkok to travel on to our holiday destination in Phuket. We took a taxi to the hotel, chosen for its closeness to the Airport.
