  Great location near all the action. Clean hotel which I have stayed at a few times and have always been happy. Friendly and honest staff. Dropped my wallet out of my pocket. Received a knock on the door and was returned by a staff member with nothing missing.   The location is very good, central and quiet because not directly on the street. The value for the price is quite good (big room, though not the luxury one, but with air-con, en-suite bathroom and a comfortable bed). So if you plan to visit the city, that can be a good option. - Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Beer in lobby fridge :)

  I'd recommend this friendly, cheap and clean guesthouse to the budget travellers. The location is pretty nice, in a quite soi, not far from the Kao San Road. - Convenient location. Friendly staff.

  The location was great for us. Fifteen minute walk to Khoa San Road, but far enough away it was quiet and nice. Hotel was spotless! We had two rooms overlooking the pool - 301a & b and they were great. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great. Cool and refreshing after a hot day in the city. Laundry facilities were very clean and - Wonderful stay in this hotel. We booked 2 nights and stay 4. We came from airport, first time in Bangkok and kindly staff gave us so many informations about Bangkok, Thailand, free map etc. Staff was perfect at all - they help you with every problem with smile. And hotel and rooms were so clean, modern desined, quiet and calm in the city centre. Nice pool open till 10 pm, that was especiaaly refreshing after all day walking during the city. We really enjoed it.

On the last pier station (Taksin Station) you can walk easily to the skybar or take the skytrain to siamcenter etc. The room was clean and had everything for a good 2-4 day citytrip.
