Beautiful old house full of pretty thai antiques, loved the traditional atmosphere and quirky feeling... very quiet street, the only noise was some 'opera' singer practicing in a house next door :)) the guesthouse is very quiet and aswell, which is wonderful in a city like this. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even let me stay till the evening

Because of problems with my arrival at Bangkok I got to the Baan Tepa very late around midnight. The manager waited just for me and stayed up till I arrived, helped with a quick check-in so that I was able to rest. The next day I had a fresh delicious breakfast and the manager explained where I can go and what to do for a first visit in Bangkok. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again if I came a second time to Bangkok.

The staff helped us a lot with the booking of our bus to Chiang Mai. Also they organised a taxi driver who took us to the bus station. hence the staff was not just very friendly but also extremely proactive and helpful. -

We stayed in Baan Manusarn for 2 nights; the price was good, about 33 euro a night (breakfast included) for a double room, which was very large and clean. Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. -

We got the standard room its small but clean. Bed is in a corner. Fridge with free water and other (paid) beverages. There is a kettle.
Breakfast is limited to 3 or 4 menu choices..no buffet. Perfect hotel if you are only staying for 1 or 2 nights!
