  Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. Overall an extremely pleasant break in a hotel I w - Staff were very helpful and welcoming...kitchen had gluten free bread and were able to provide gluten free meals...always difficult when we travel with our son who had Coeliac Disease...fantastic..don't go expecting a quaint country pub hotel...it definitely had the feel of a travel lodge, but higher quality with a good restaurant and excellent staff...great for a night stop...

  What a chef!! Brilliant bar, relaxing comfortable hotel in a tranquil setting. Great communications for working and ample parking. Just the place to relax and unwind after a long busy day.   We booked in at around 7.30 on Thursday evening and the Receptionist, Sue, could not have made us more welcome or gone to any more trouble to make certain everything was right for our stay. I have not come across better customer care for some time and have just returned from a holiday in America where customer care is always excellent. Thanks Sue - Very friendly staff upon arrival, room is just as expected which is ideal at the end of travelling. My daughted loved the nice deep bath!! The breakfast at the attached Brewers Fayre is fantastic value for money! Would definitely recommend a stay.

  Room was clean, fresh, and really comfortable. Hotel is ideally situated as there is a lot going on locally. We loved the garden centre and the steam train, they are both in the country park just around the corner from the hotel. Recommend the breakfast at the restaurant next door, lovely fresh food, all looked and tasted fabulous.   We liked the fact that it is virtually next door to our family who live on Birchfield Road. We have stayed there for the last few years for a Birthday celebration. The staff could not have been more helpful. Even though they were clearly understaffed he was still extremely pleasant and his level of service was excellent!
