  It's an unusual little hotel in some ways, but my room in the new part was very clean and entirely met my needs. The lady proprietress was welcoming and very interesting to talk to, having run the hotel for many years and recently increased the number of rooms. Breakfast was good, but the meal the previous evening was quite excellent. Central location.We had a room at the front and contrary to previous reviews we werent distubed by traffic. Had sunday lunch with family which was excellent, my daughter loved the leeks in sauce. The young lady behind the reception was extremly helpful and friendly.

  Hospitality and friendliness of the owner and staff. Rooms were modern (renovation in 2011), tea and coffee in the rooms, quilt covers, excellent bathrooms with spacious showers. Excellent breakfast (you would pay £10pp+ in hotel for this!). Provides receipts for business travellers. Good sized car park. In fact a recent traveller who stayed at a hotel in the NEC grounds said he would be staying here in fu - Very welcoming and friendly Staff location was great. Room was very Comfortable and clean didn’t hear much of the pub downstairs. But we knew that it was a pub so that was to be expected and it was great. Food was great, evening meals were priced reasonable. And an excellent morning Breakfast. Would stay there again

  My daughter and I had an excellent stay in this gustehouse! Warm welcome, nice and clean room with some really nice extra's, perfect breakfast, parking. The service was excellent and personalised. Next time we come to Stratford upon Avon for the theater we will most certainly book our room again in the Dylan guesthouse!
