I liked that it was pet friendly as we had a dog with us. The rooms were large, clean and modern and we had no problems with noise from the service station close by as I thought we might. - the fact that the cleaning staff handed in a gold ring we thought was lost and the staff called me on my mobile to let me know. Great service!

We have just come back from a one night stay at the Premier Inn NEC and I could not fault the hotel in any way. Note: It is a little far to walk to the NEC but there are plenty of taxi's and the parking at the NEC, although £8 is very well organised. - The pleasant atmosphere and the very obliging, helpful and welcomingstaff on entering the hotel. Although we didn't have the time to haveour evening meal there (due to our late arrival, caused by delayedtrains etc), we made sure we had the full buffet breakfast , which Imust say was absolutely fabulous!! A quiet drink in the Hotel bar, afterthe show rounded our evening off perfectly

The position of the hotel is fantastic, literally central for the RSC Theatre and shopping. We did not drive but it was easy walking distance from the station and close to bus/river trips. The location is excellent for the RSC. Rooms are clean and tidy in the standard formart of the Premier Inn chain.
Bottom line, if you just want somewhere simple to stay after a night at the theatre, this place is perfect. If you're touring the country with more luggage and with a car, then there are probably better places in or around Stratford.

I thought the room was large and pleasant.
After being refused use of room, we all gathered in the bedroom (all 28! - and dispersed at 2.30am. We were more than happy, but if I had not been part of this group I would have been very cross due to the noise generated by our revels. -

This was a last minute booking due to a family illness in the area. First time at a Premier Inn and won't be the last if the standard at this location is matched elsewhere.
Staff at 'luxury hotels' could learn greatly from the polite and professional manner of the staff. -

My mother and I stayed at this no frills budget pub situated on main Stratford to Banbury road. Good location, situated in large grounds. Pet friendly (dogs not allowed in bar) Large clean rooms, my room had lovely view of garden. Good choice of tasty meals served in the bar in the evening. Average breakfast. The owners were very welcoming, and the young lady working in the bar was a gem.

Staff were nice, friendly and very accommodating, we attended a family wedding during the day in Warwick, on our return back to the hotel in the evening we asked if it was possible to order food to take to our room as we had young children. We arrived at 10am in the morning not expecting to be allowed to check in until 2pm. The receptionist was most helpful and said that, if we didn't mind changing from a quadruple room to a double, she could check us in straight away. This was great and meant we could drop off our bags, get settled in, then spend the rest of the day at our leisure.
The all you can eat breakfast was superb as well.
