  The friendliness of the family run hotel and their helpfullness. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. The views over the bay were breathtaking. - I found the staff to be very polite and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent.

  The guest hose is pretty close to the Whitby station, a 10 minutes walk away. The lady owner and her daughters were very nice, jolly and cordial. The room I was staying was a single room. Though a bit too small, but was enough for a single person to stay. Was clean and had a nice bed. The guest house had an wi-fi and the signal strength was decent... vad folk säger » . - The guest house is run by a friendly couple and their daughter who go out of their way to look after you . they are really nice people . its a guest house not a posh hotel ,but our room was very nice , quiet,clean & comfortable with a kettle ,tea coffee ect. Breakfast is tasty and plentyful .with a good choice.

  The people in the reception were very friendly. They allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and in perfect conditions. In fact, this hotel looks like a 4-5 stars hotel. It is located at a walking distance from the rail station and close to the cathedral. - Liked bieng in a room at the rear of the hotel,so noise from the adjoining night cl... vad folk säger » ub was minimal. Really appreciated being able to leave bags while going out fro the day, even after check out, and being able to collect them before catching the train.
