location, amenities in the room - The hotel has a good position on the sea front and at the time we were there very quiet. We had especially good food, lots of fresh vegetables and the roast beef was some of the best we have ever had. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We liked everything from our reception with a cup of tea & a scone, a delicious dinner which Tracy cooked for us despite it being her evening off, delightful The White House bath accessories, pleasant gardens to wonderful breakfasts. Highly recommended for everyone. Tracy has to be the best hostess.

This hotel is excellent. The Spa facilities are second to none and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a shared Mews cottage but there wasn't anyone in the other room so had the living room and kitchen all to ourselves. - I loved everything about eastwell manor, the staff were lovely. We used this hotel as an overnight stop before travelling to France and again on our return. The room was large enough for 4 of us and the children (12 and 9) both had decent beds. Totally fabulous location for an overnight stay pre-Eurotunnel departure lunchtime next day. Left enough time for very quick visit to Dover Castle following morning.
Staff were the friendliest and most helpful we have come across in hotel in GB. Truly customer-orientated. Next door Beefeater provided us the most awesome steak dinner in no time at all despite fully-booked restaurant. Cannot praise staff of either establishment enough, and overall, a great overnight stay. Thank you all.

The whole experience at the Rowhill Grange was very good and relaxing. The hotel has spectacular gardens and the facilities were superb especially the spa and pool. absolutely everything. It was warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean. The position of the hotel is lovely, right on the cliff with great views. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and down to earth, We had the best stay and will definetly stay again. Very polite and efficient staff, very cosy and inviting bar area where we went for a drink and then saw some people dining and decided it looked to good to miss out on even though we were at a party later with a buffet!! Meals were beautiful and a very good extensive menu, breakfast was all you could ask for too. Would definitely return here. Room

The Camden Arms does the simple but important things well. The welcome and greeting were personal and friendly. Lunch was excellent as was breakfast. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. The room facilities were excellent and the standards of cleanliness and hygiene were exemplary. The ethos and practices at the Camden shame many of the large chain hotels.
