  The staff could not do enough for us during our stay, they were friendly, approachable and very helpful. The facilities were of a very high standard, especially the spa and pool.   Sam on reception provided a friendly and very relevant and succinct introduction to the hotel. She very helpfully explained what we needed to know - with supporting pieces of paper for us to take away with us - and provided recommendations which turned out to be spot on. We liked the garden and the swimming pool. We liked our room and our breakfas... vad folk säger » ts. We liked being able, on most occasions, to park our car in the hotel car park. We liked being close enough to be able to walk into Canterbury. We - The swimming pool was great in the hot weather - it's not large but you can have a good swim all the same. Breakfast was really tasty and fresh, and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room (I was in a twin)was nicely designed and roomy enough. Robes were provided which was great for using the swimming pool. The gardens were nice too.

  The whole experience at the Rowhill Grange was very good and relaxing. The hotel has spectacular gardens and the facilities were superb especially the spa and pool. The food in the bistro was excellent and plenty of choice. The room I had was a double and was very specious and clean.   The hotel staff were extremely helpful. Lovely room. Readily available access to the leisure facilites. Son managed to fit in 5 swimming sessions in an overnight stay! Lots of choice of dining/drinking areas. Great breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Hotel very busy with weddings, but this didn't impact our stay at all. The dinner on Sunday evening and the breakfast the following morning were excellent. We stayed in a shared Mews cottage but there wasn't anyone in the other room so had the living room and kitchen all to ourselves. - I loved everything about eastwell manor, the staff were lovely.
