  Very quiet with good views of sea and park yet close to town. Excellent lounge and bar. Piano in restaurant at weekends an unexpected and delightful touch. Very clean throughout and room very comfortable. We stayed on an extra day as it's such a pleasant hotel.   I was given a cup of coffee and mince pie on arrival. The room was clean, warm and well equipped. This was the perfect place for an overnight stay for work and although Maidstone was only 10 mins away this B and B was located in lovely country surroundings. - A first class service and facility, good location and pleasant surrounding area.
