  We were all (including our 4 year old) made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. The room was lovely and very clean. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we would definitely like to return. - Exceptionally friendly and helpful owners, comfortable rooms, excellent food. Very good value.

  Allt - Stayed at the Umi Brighton for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice breakfast which was included in the excellent rate.   The personal attention from the staff was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble from when we arrived ( offering to carry the bags etc ) to ensuring the room was O/K for us ( managing to provide the type of room we requested ), to meeting all our needs at breakfast and checking we were happy with our stay there prior to departure. - Excellent... vad folk säger » on everything. very nice helpful, friendly owners and staff. could not do enough for me.   Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great (although it is over a bath).   Good space in the room and bathroom. Good bed, with blanket rather than duvet. Good selection of furniture. Good dining room and good breakfast.   Had a really nice stay. Staff were excellent and could not have been more helpfull from the moment i pulled my car up to the moment i checked out. The hotel has a private car park at the rear which is free for guests to use.   Adelaide House is located just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Brighton, and so makes a perfect base for either a business trip or a short city break/overnight stop. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was well above average.   I had a good sized twin room all to myself,room was very clean and en suite,shower good,efficient staff and freindly,the decor and apperance was very nice,hotel in central location opposite pier,breakfast good.I Paid £30 & with petrol on top made it an affordable weekend break.   The staff made our stay, friendly and helpful. We were given a room upgrade when we reported a faulty shower.
