Booked this B&B at the last minute for a 5 night stay in Newquay. We were delighted with our choice. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable, light and airy. Very comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful owners, very welcoming. Very clean and comfortable room. Fantastic heated outdoor pool. Lovely big garden with sea views. Great breakfast. Town and beach within walking distance. Friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.

I loved that we were made to feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The couple had a good knowledge of the local area despite only bring in place for the last six months. The breakfast was excellent my husband even had scrambled eggs & smoked salmon one day!! All in all we had spent a wonderful weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary

A warm and friendly welcome greeted us on our arrival. The hotel is in a fantastic location with lovely clean rooms (ours had a sea view) and everything we needed to hand. To top it all off the breakfast was superb - best full english I've had in a long time. Next time we head for Newquay we will be booking in at the Kallacliff

Food was lovely, english cooking like mum did, and plenty of it. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Bar was opened to residents in the evening, which was good if you had been out for day and didn't want to go out again. -

The apartment was very well furnished with everything you could want to ensure a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was out side the door. Had an area to sit and enjoy the sun and relax at the apartment -

Overall an excellent hotel and experience. Basic rooms but very comfortable. THE cleanest rooms I have seen in my 30+ years of travelling (and that includes staying frequently in 5 star hotels). Very friendly owners and staff. Extremely nice breakfasts. Will be staying there again when I need to visit that part of the country.

we loved every part of the 3 Tee's, Greg and Fiona were great hosts, made us very wlecome and looked after us druing our stay, rooms were what we expected , nice, clean, serviced daily etc, spot on, will defo stay here again, sooner rather than later -

Everything there was nothing that either me or my partner could fault. Oh expect the size of the towels but that is more of a prefrence. However apart from that, The owners were very lovely, and wonderful, making you feel at home. Breakfast was the best breakfast i have had any where. we are defenitly going to be staying again :) -

... vad folk säger » stay, just outside Newquay so it's a little more peaceful with Lusty Glaze Beach a 5mins walk away. The property is kept really clean and the owners John and Kay are really friendly and helpful. We have now been twice and plan to return again in the near future.

Excellent customer service from the minute of entering right through to leaving. Nothing was too much for them. Everywhere you went it was clean. Nice size rooms, restuarant etc. Definitely would recommend it and possibly return again maybe even withthe children this time. -
