  Too much to say in one review, I stay away at least two nights a week. It takes a lot for me to a) really impressed and b) almost speechless, however being shown to Room 5 did both those things!! The room itself was huge, and I mean huge. Open plan bath room, with bath and walk in wet room shower, everything in the room was quality from the slate ... vad folk säger » on the walls and floor in bathroom to the Bose ipod dock. However the thing that dominates the room is the view, ceiling to floor (almost) glass windo - wow the lewinnick lodge is amazing, everything about our stay was fantastic, we stayed for two nights in the sunrise room. huge room with views over fistral beach, room spotless and the king size bed was very comfortable, bose I-pod dock, walk n shower and roll top bath by the window, breakfast included and was very good, we had dinner on both nights and was also excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful, fresh milk delivered to our room for tea and coffee if you want good food, great

  All of the staff were very welcoming, and work hard to ensure you have a great stay. Having stayed in a few of the Hotels rooms now, weve found them all to be very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was first class, with plenty of choice, and very well cooked. Location of the hotel was excellent as not in centre of Newquay; so quieter; but the seaviews were fantastic. Local recommendation for food was good too.

  Booked this B&B at the last minute for a 5 night stay in Newquay. We were delighted with our choice. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable, light and airy. Location is ideal as near enough for a short walk to Newquay centre and several beaches but far enough away to be very peacef - Very comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful owners, very welcoming.   The hospitality shown by Jacqui and John was outstanding; very caring and kind. Their knowledge of the area is remarkable and they provided us with extremely good advice on what to do. The highlight of our stay was the amazing spread at breakfast and the scrumptious muffins baked every morning by Jacqui. THE cleanest rooms I have seen in my 30+ years of travelling (and that includes staying frequently in 5 star hotels). Very friendly owners and staff. Extremely nice breakfasts. Will be staying there again when I need to visit that part of the country.

  we loved every part of the 3 Tee's, Greg and Fiona were great hosts, made us very wlecome and looked after us druing our stay, rooms were what we expected , nice, clean, serviced daily etc, spot on, will defo stay here again, sooner rather than later - View from the window was beautiful.   Everything there was nothing that either me or my partner could fault. Oh expect the size of the towels but that is more of a prefrence. However apart from that, The owners were very lovely, and wonderful, making you feel at home. Breakfast was the best breakfast i have had any where. we are defenitly going to be staying again :) - Great place to... vad folk säger » stay, just outside Newquay so it's a little more peaceful with Lusty Glaze Beach a 5mins walk away. The property is kept really clean and the owners John and Kay are really friendly and helpful. We have now been twice and plan to return again in the near future. Oh and the Breakfast is spot on.

She was more than helpful with the planning of our itinerary and gave us excellent advice which places in Cornwall are worth visiting and which places are rather being overrated. Handy for car travel to anywhere in Cornwall. Beds extremely comfortable and bedding of very high quality. Breakfast superb. Value for money far surpassing any other hotel that we have used at this price. You might only get what you pay for but Nicki went over an above....and we had a sea view!

  Friendly and welcoming, we booked a family room for two adult sisters and their young niece and nephew, the hotel was clean and family oriented, our room was adequate, the kids liked the bunk beds, it was comfortable, light and airy, with a view of the sea from the side window. We definately want to come back, Jim and Yvonne - A gem of a hotel in a fantastic spot. Yvonne + Jim couldn't do enough for us, making us feel welcome right from the start of our stay, even down to offering to find an off road wheelchair for my husbands 94 yr old mother + lending us a book of walks! Breakfast was very tasty and always served with a smile.Would recommend to all!
