  The room was very comfortable, with everything that you could possibly need. The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome as soon as got through the door. - Reception and bar staff were efficient and extremely pleaseant

  The Hotel Receptionist and other staff were very friendly. I booked a executive room which was a good size and had a nice big bed, the room was no. 4, I would recommend it, it had a nice outlook, I cannot comment on std rooms. Breakfast was served to you at your table so it was nice and hot.   We booked into this beautiful 16th century house after having a terrible experience at the travelodge in leamington spa. If you are interested in history and appreciate antiques this is the retreat for you. we loved our stay and will be returning soon. The host served a generous breakfast prepared with eggs from his 10 hens.This is the opposite of your typical robotically staffed chain hotel. Highly recommended.

  Excellent price that included a wonderful full English breakfast, a comfy bed, coffee/tea/hot chocolate amenity in the room, and a gracious host in John Chandler, proprietor. - The room was bigger than I expected, with a huge shower. Good wireless internet. A great breakfast. Hotel was within a short walk from Leamington town centre.

  We received a warm welcome. The room we were provided with had a comfortable queen size bed, Sky TV in a room that was decorated in white and pastel blue in a light contemporary style. It was lovely and quiet... we thought we were the only ones staying until breakfast. Will definitely look it up it that way again. - I was a solo traveller. I found this guest house friendly , clean & comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights in a double room on the ground floor. The room was tastefully decorated with a small and functional ensuite. The hotel was approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of Warwick. Car parking at the front of the house was small but there is further parking across the road. James and his staff are doing as excellent job. I would definitely return.

  The lady who keeps the hotel was lovely and ever so helpful, the rooms seemed sound proof, there is free parking (yes, a bit tricky to find but there it is in from the archway two houses towards the city centre) and being only a mile from the Warwick Castle where we went for Valentine's feast meant that we didn't have to choose who will be driving.... vad folk säger » Many thanks for a lovely time! - Mrs Bruna, the owner, is a marvellous host. I stayed for only one night and had to leave early next morning. She got up early especially to make me breakfast! I had a lovely room and had a fantastic stay. Thank you, Mrs. Bruna!
