  The Hotel Receptionist and other staff were very friendly. I booked a executive room which was a good size and had a nice big bed, the room was no. 4, I would recommend it, it had a nice outlook, I cannot comment on std rooms. Breakfast was served to you at your table so it was nice and hot.   This was a last minute booking for me and what a choice. The hotel had everything, great location, modern, friendly staff, good food and drinks, good leisure centre. Lets just make one thing clear this is not a Spa, it is a hotel and conference centre with leisure facilities. The greeting on arrival was very friendly and checking in was quick and ... vad folk säger » easy. The room was excellent, clean, warm and quite large. The leisure centre had a good Gym, with more than adequate jet pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Bre - Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before. Good quality TV in the room. The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too. In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.

  Hotellet är lite gammalt, men sitter i ett bra läge i utkanten av stan. - It's in a great location, the room was a good size and very clean, the staff were friendly and we couldn't here any noise from the bar below. - The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the room wasfantastically clean.

  As soon as my partner and I arrived we were greeted politely and we felt extremely welcome. We were taken up to our room and my bag was carried for me, we were given information about the services that we could experience and were showed around our room. We dined in the less formal restaurant and we were extremely well looked after with attentive ... vad folk säger » waiters/waitresses. The food was absoloutely delicious, a must for any guest! The room was spacious and well equipped, warm and comfortable. Breakfast - We loved it all, the friendly staff, who managed to be friendly and informative whilst being professional but not overbearing. This makes guests feel relaxed and not 'on ceremony' . The meal was outstanding, totally fabulous. We so appreciated the extra touch of a special dessert for our newly graduated son. Loved the room, bed was fabulous, decoration. Was just lovely. Plenty of big fluffy towels . Loved loved loved.

If you are interested in history and appreciate antiques this is the retreat for you. we loved our stay and will be returning soon.   The hotel is located within comfortable walking distance of the train station which was excellent for me and my family as I am partially disabled. The new Premier Inn is very well set out with the restaurant and bar and lots of seating on the ground floor and easy access to lifts. We were delighted with all the staff who were so - The staff were friendly and efficient. The whole place was spotless. The room was spacious and comfortable.
