This was a last minute booking for me and what a choice. The hotel had everything, great location, modern, friendly staff, good food and drinks, good leisure centre. Lets just make one thing clear this is not a Spa, it is a hotel and conference centre with leisure facilities. The greeting on arrival was very friendly and checking in was quick and

Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before.
Good quality TV in the room.
The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too.
In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.

Superb service, sparkling clean, large comfortable room, off street parking (although road very wide and parking is easy), good value for money (compares favourably with budget hotel chains), good location. - everything, the location was excellent - so well cared for - beautifull gardens - attention to detail - everyone very helpfull etc etc

Wonderful country house b&b,our room must have been 30 feet square with sofas,places to write reports,comfortable bed with decent linen,and last not least a brand new shower room.
The host served a generous breakfast prepared with eggs from his 10 hens.This is the opposite of your typical robotically staffed chain hotel.
Highly recommended.
