  The staff were very helpful the room was clean and well appointed it was in need of some decoration but overall that wasn;t a problem.   This is probably the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. The contemporary design and feel, v clean, luxury bathing products, very comfortable kingsize bed, toffees, jelly babies and organic fair trade teas, coffees & hot chocolate. Can't recommend highly enough - Beautiful decor friendly staff. Breakfast was great, the hotel is close to the town centre a short walk. There was ample parking. Free internet access was a bonus. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated. I would recommend this hotel. As a small hotel there is no lift so if you have mobility issues this may not be a suitable hotel for you.

  The apartment was absolutely spotless, everything you could think of was there, fluffy white towels, toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar & bottle of milk in fridge. Both rooms were spacious with a lovely double in the attic space with en suite bathroom. Kitchen was very modern with plenty of room. The living room had 2 big sofas, massive flat screen... vad folk säger » tv & a lovely Big rug. The location was brilliant for Harrogate town centre - 5 minutes away on foot. We will definitely be going back. - Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.

  Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.   On arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a suite which was beautiful. It's close enough to the centre and the surroundings of the hotel are lovely. I would definitely stay there again. - Lovely room which had a nice view over the gardens and staff were very friendly and courteous.
