Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient owners. Its a lovely Victorian building which was perfectly located for the conference centre. It is big enough not to feel at all awkward coming and going. The bedroom and shower room were quite small but that was expected as this was a small double which was perfect for one. The room was very comfortable, in excellent condition, spotless and had everything I needed - robes, iron and board, fridge etc etc. The breakfast was very good too. They made up

From the minute I booked 27 Harrogate, the owners Judy and Brian were so helpful and prompt. We arrived to a beautiful large Victorian property secured by electronic gates and plenty of room to park. The rooms were amazing as was the lemon drizzle cake 'reception'. As it was our wedding anniversary Judy not only laid out an amazing cake and shortbread display but placed our champagne on ice and provided the flutes. If you are up for a real treat, then stay at Hazel Manor. Janet and Paul know how to truly spoil their guests and will make sure they take care of every single detail.
Both rooms are beautifully appointed and offer everything you could ask for. I especially loved the super soft towels and Bathrobes and the lovely view from the bay window (Room1).
In the morning awaits you the most delicious breakfast-You definitely should try Janet’s Eggs Benedict, the best we ever had!

The Welford is a small hotel that feels a bit like a B&B. The owner is very helpful and friendly without being pushy. We had a room on the street side of the first floor, with a very good bed. Parking opposite was free with a 24-hour license. Breakfast was complete and good. The location is in a quiet street a few minutes from the city center.

Andy and Tracey were the most delightful, welcoming hosts. They were also very professional and sociable - without becoming intrusive. The B&B is located in an excellent location; not too near, but not too far from the town centre. The room was just perfect, comfortable and clean. The B&B was quiet and very tidy. Above all, the breakfasts were to die for: plenty of choice and beautifully presented.

David & Ruth very friendly & helpful, lovely home, rooms excellent, breakfast fantastic, and no shortage of tea/coffee/toast etc etc., five minutes from town centre and most amenities., parked right outside - FREE. Cannot recommend it high enough. We will definitely be returning. Well worth booking, but do it now, it is so popular took three attempts to get a room., speaks for itself.
