These luxury, modern apartments are set over three locations within the heart of historic Harrogate. Each apartment at The Lawrance features an open-plan living area with fabulous, modern decor including hand-printed wallpaper and laminate wood flooring. All kitchens are modern and come fully-equipped with microwave combination oven, hobs for cooking and a refrigerator. A range of breakfast packs can be pre-ordered to be in the apartments for your arrival. Tea, coffee and fresh milk are provided on arrival along with a discount pack containing vouchers for a range of highly recommended local restaurants. When relaxing in the apartments guests can enjoy DVD players, iPod docking stations and free WiFi. Bedrooms feature comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen and goose down pillows and duvets. All towels and toiletries are provided. Free parking can be arranged by prior arrangement at a nearby location. All three locations are situated close to the town centre with Harrogate train and bus stations a short 5-minute walk away.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, everything you could think of was there, fluffy white towels, toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar & bottle of milk in fridge. Both rooms were spacious with a lovely double in the attic space with en suite bathroom. Kitchen was very modern with plenty of room. The living room had 2 big sofas, massive flat screen tv & a lovely Big rug. The location was brilliant for Harrogate town centre - 5 minutes away on foot. We will definitely be going back.
alla recensioner » Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town. The Lawrance was very clean, and the apartment we stayed in had plenty of facilities. The apartment had a lovely design and was a very comfortable apartment to stay in. The staff were friendly. The Lawrance is also in a brilliant location to get to the bars, restaurants and shops. I hope to stay there again and I would recommend anyone to stay there. Location for the town was perfect and facilities described accuratley. As good if not better than staying in a hotel, with more privacy and space than a hotel and even milk, tes/coffee etc provided. Staff were very informative and helpful andf provided us with a discount voucher for the restaurant that we were dining at!. We stayed here as a last minute weekend away and we were not disappointed! What a beautiful apartment! The facilities were great and the apartment was fitted out to an exceptional standard. We love Harrogate anyway but knowing about The Lawrance has made us love it even more. We will definitely be staying here again!. I loved the Lawrence, I stayed at the Duchy Rd studio flat for a business trip. Very comfortable and lovely and clean. The pre-order food packages were very handy for breakfast as I had to be up early. Close to Harrogate town centre. Thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely stay again or recommend to a friend. A beautiful studio apartment in a great location. Every aspect of the apartment was impressive with a modern, hi-tech look. Dimmer lights everywhere, a dishwasher (with tablets), sparklingly clean utensils, a fantastic bath and superbly comfortable bed! A pint of milk in the fridge was most welcome!. Just spotless , ,we chilled watching television, even cooked a full on meal for the evening , , its the privacy we had and enjoyed the luxury ambiance of the whole weekend . Modern décor, lots of space and private apartments to relax in. It was a lovely nights stay, we would love to stay again, and would recommend you to friends and family. Almost everything I would expect in a luxury apartment. very discrète, well appointed, clean and spacious. What is there not to like about the Lawrence ?. Clean, good facilities, central location. Home from home. Everything!. everything. We couldn't fault it at all. No parking but advised where to park for free, this could be a negative as security of vehicle is not monitored. Was a little confused how to find the studio flat at the back of the building as it was dark. Everything was superb and perhaps the price reflects this .....but the high price, in my view, is the only downside to this wonderful accommodation. they was nothing we didnt like. Massive clump of hair that my partner pulled out of the shower plug, when it began to overflow ! The studio apartment lacked a full length mirror. Wifi didn't work, nor could we get the docking station to go, though this was less important. The location is excellent a short walking distance from the town centre. Interior lighting dark and a bit dingy A little 'worn' in places. Was a problem with hot water only enough for one shower which isn't good when 5 girls need a shower.. We didn't ring the emergency number and I'm sure if we had it would have been sorted for us.. It was clean but attention to detail was needed quite a few cobwebs around.. With bedroom windows open (large windows!) lots of street noise-taxi drivers waiting for fares, engines running, talking loudly. Street sweeper going past in the early hours. Beyond your control I know but annoying!. N/A. Parking space was tight so could do to make it clear where the parking spaces are as someone else had parked across two but staff were very helpful. nothing. Nothing. We liked everything however we did not end up needing the 2 apartments as we booked for 6 adults so were told we needed a 2 bed and a 1 bed but we ended up with a 3 bed and a 1 bed so did not actually use the one bed which we paid for. Lack of a lift. One tea towel, no broom and second bedroom a tad small, only because we were travelling for 6 weeks and had large suitcases. Nothing. Nothing really as cant really blame The Lawrance for the fact the weather was so hot so there was quite a lot of noise as we had to keep the windows open! Shower was a bit of a let down too as a very slow flow. No large mirror in the bedroom for the other half!. Very hot weather , which was great , but appartment did get hot as is on top floor so fans or a/c unit would have been good. Wifi did not work. No microwave which maybe handy. Could be noisy at front because of main road. The apartment and main building were extremely hot so would have been better if it had air conditioning. Dust & dirtyness behind the bed which wasn't attached to the wall. Lighting could have been better, and apart from a small shaving mirror on a stand in the bedroom the only mirror in the apartment was in the bathroom situated around 4 feet high above the sink. I am 5ft tall and had could see my face if I stood on tiptoe no way to check if what I was wearing was ok, just as well we were wearing casual clothes. I could with difficult stand under a dim light in the kitchen area to apply make up using the small mirror. there wasn't anything i didnt like, perhaps a microwave ( families) and a breakfast pack in fridge would have been an additional extra worth considering. Otherwise staff and facilities excellent. TV and Ipod seemed to be installed without thought to position. Wires were also exposed, which spoilt the look of the well presented room. We had to go. It was quite expensive but you do get what you pay for. mainly the accommodation was comfortable , but lacked a full length mirror and the mirror in the bathroom was too high to look in. The accommodation would have benefited from having a microwave. Could have been a bit easier to find. nothing.
