Easy walking distance to shops and bars, roadworks are a pain, but they'll be over soon enough. The apartment is very located to the city center(10 mins walk). You don't need the car because evrything is at your fingertips. The place is quiet and very close to Tesco supermarket. The apartment was very clean and well provided. Good forniture and wi-fi. Car park is safe and it is near the building.

Very suprised and impressed with this hotel, well presented and staff were polite and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet at the back of the building. Booked into restaurant for evening meal, everybodys food was excellent and again very friendly staff. Booked purely for location for Edinburgh marathon. -

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our hostess, Linda is an absolute sweetheart. She was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Even after being late by almost 30 mins, she agreed to serve us fresh breakfast.

I arrived at a very unusual time. Whilst I didn't meet a member of staff the help I received over the phone was fantastic. This is a value for money hotel, which is what I wanted. Excellent location, one could not wish for a better one - close by the Haymarket railway station and the Airlink bus stop, within a walking distance from the center, two huge supermarkets nearby and a few nice fastfood places. Friendly staff; nice continental breakfast. -

Perfect location, close to centre of town. Received a very warm welcome, lovely people running the bed and breakfast in a relaxed, efficient way, they couldn`t have been more helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and had all I needed, the house itself is a beautiful old Edinburgh town house. Fantastic breakfast and I look forward to staying again for my next great night out in the big Toun!

We loved the apartment. Just big enough for a couple, with a separate living area. Nice big comfortable bed in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi. We only booked an apartment as we couldn't find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with Fountain courts & the equipment , washing machine & dishwasher plus the usual.We found the apartment much more relaxing & we had more freedom about breakfast & dining in. Would definately stay here again.Staff were friendly & helpfull. Easy walk to the castle & city centre.

We travelled by train as it was much cheaper than staying in the centre of Edinburgh. With trains every 30 minutes until late at night the 10 minutes on the train was well worth it with the Hotel just accross the main road from Newcraighall station.
