  We stayed there five nights and I can say that the hotel reaches most of the guest expectations: good and quiet location (very closed to Orchard street that is the shopping heaven), bathroom amenities, quality bed linen and towels, services, friendly and smiling staff, free wi-fi, good tv channels selection...the last channel, 34 if I remember, is... vad folk säger » a local radio with a very relaxing music. Thank you for the airport transfer to the hotel!!! I observed that the services are the same with an execut - - The service of the staff at Quincy is excellent! They greeted us with a smile every time we walk passed them. My boyfriend actually misplaced his wallet near the front desk. We received a call in our room and was told that a cleaner picked up his wallet (when he didn't even realize)! - It is definitely value-for-money when hotel provided full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) plus free flow of drinks from 6pm to 8pm. There's complimentary mini bar in the room too! - The room

  We stayed for a whole week in one a city facing suite on the 18th floor. The suite/apartment was very spacious and extremely well designed! Everything was very functional and full sized. Is was actually possible to cook a full sized meal for two if you wanted. The induction cooker and the oven/microwave combi was very good. The ipod dock in the bedroom - Liked the apartment facilities especially as i was travelling with my 2 year old daughter. Was great having the washing machine/dryer & breakfast downstairs was a highlight for my "cafe" going girl. Staff were extremely helpful as my daughter developed chicken pox on our 2nd day in Singapore & helped with an apartment move & offered assistance. Much appreciated.

  My family of seven stayed at the Regency House for 10 days. We had a fantastic vacation and the hotel was amazing! Our room was a three bedroom with wonderful interiors, clean, specious with a living room and kitchen equipped with all the ammenities that you will need, and including fast free Wifi, Tv's and cable. Breakfast was d - Regency House is in an excellent location close to Train, bus and Orchard Rd. We walked to these in 5 min or less. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and access to coffee machines was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Kids loved the pool and being able to walk to food malls for dinner was fantatic.

  An outstanding apartment with very friendly and helpful staff. There were excellent kitchen facilities to entice stay at home meals. Also there is a supermarket across the road. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which made our stay even more memorable. It was easy to sleep due to the very quiet rooms. Singapore is very expensive, but Fraser Place is good value - we would definitely stay there again. - My Family and I stayed in a huge self contained 3 bedroom apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful to answer any Questions we had and book us taxis etc. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate, beside the pool. We had lunch there as well, a couple of times, and the staff were all lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone,and I would stay there again if I was so lucky to visit Singapore again.

The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.
