The hotel is small and cosy, luxury and sleek nonetheless. Though its

Excellent location with excellent service, other hotels in Singapore could learn from these guys. Breakfast was complete and rooftop pool gave us relaxing moments after sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were very attentive. Their club lounge is the best one that we have been too, really worth booking the room for the perks. - The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the bed and cushions the most comfortable I've ever slept in!!

We spent three nights at the Fullerton on out way to Bali as part of our 25th wedding anniversary. We arrived early in the morning so our room wasn't ready, we were offered an upgrade package with a twin level room overlooking the Marina, Champagne breakfast, afternoon tea and champagne with canapés in the evening. Would highly recommend, not cheap but something very special for our anniversary.

We stayed there five nights and I can say that the hotel reaches most of
the guest expectations: good and quiet location (very closed to Orchard
street that is the shopping heaven), bathroom amenities, quality bed
linen and towels, services, friendly and smiling staff, free wi-fi, good

- The service of the staff at Quincy is excellent! They greeted us with
a smile every time we walk passed them. My boyfriend actually
misplaced his wallet near the front desk. We received a call in our
room and was told that a cleaner picked up his wallet (when he
didn't even realize)!
- It is definitely value-for-money when hotel provided full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) plus free flow of drinks from 6pm to 8pm. There's complimentary mini bar in the room too!

very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out. Very good location if your interests are to shop and the latest mall ION is just around the corner.

This is a great hotel in a central location right above City Hall MRT Station, with easy walking to the Harbor areas and the Singapore Flyer etc. We travelled from the airport via the MRT for S$2.40 (£1.20 approx.) Concierge were most obliging from local advice and knowledge, luggage security once checked out etc. The room was very comfortable with a work desk area which was most helpful. Would look to stay here again when traveling to Singapore.

We stayed for a whole week in one a city facing suite on the 18th floor. The suite/apartment was very spacious and extremely well designed! Everything was very functional and full sized.

Liked the apartment facilities especially as i was travelling with my 2 year old daughter. Was great having the washing machine/dryer & breakfast downstairs was a highlight for my "cafe" going girl. Staff were extremely helpful as my daughter developed chicken pox on our 2nd day in Singapore & helped with an apartment move & offered assistance. Much appreciated.

The location of the hotel was in walking distance of many attractions.
Room was fresh and clean, bed comfortable, airconditioner quiet, shower hot and direct, lovely view and no street noise.
Pool has the wow factor.
Breakfast spoilt for choice, relaxed and plentiful.
On our return we have talked to our family and friends about the young luggage assistant who went well beyond good service to assist us with our transfer to the boat. He made the stay for great to memorable.
