The hotel staff were very attentive. Their club lounge is the best one that we have been too, really worth booking the room for the perks. - The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the bed and cushions the most comfortable I've ever slept in!!

We spent three nights at the Fullerton on out way to Bali as part of our 25th wedding anniversary. We arrived early in the morning so our room wasn't ready, we were offered an upgrade package with a twin level room overlooking the Marina, Champagne breakfast, afternoon tea and champagne with canapés in the evening. Would highly recommend, not cheap but something very special for our anniversary.

very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out. The infinity pool is just stunning and very big.
Rooms are very large (almost a studio). I had the Premium room with City View to have the view on the Bay (the "cheaper" rooms have the view on the Gardens by The Bay) and it was beautiful: the bathroom is very big and it has a nice bathtube, two sinks, a small room with the toilet, a room with the shower.
Check in and check out procedures were very fast.
Wifi connection strong and stable, useful to call home for free using voip.

The breakfast buffet on the first floor was excellent with American styled breakfast to Asian breakfast foods. The fitness center is clean and can be accessed any time of day by just asking the front desk staff (between 10pm- 6am). The location was also ideal for business meetings. It is also off of Orchard Road, which allowed for a quieter sleep at night. I would stay here again.

The staff who served me during check-in is friendly and courteous. In fact most of the staff there are helpful and friendly. What I like most is, I got a free room upgrade from Marvelous to Fabulous room! And I love the room! It is spacious and pretty with all the different lightings and designs. Our children enjoyed the large resort style pool, and a buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices.

Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness. Although there was a renovation at some floors, I didn't hear any noise and I was informed about this when I booked for the reservation. -
