The fact that we got upgraded, the shuttle bus service and the breakfast was really good. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from there. We very much thought the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the
door people, to the Information desk, the porters, the cashiers, the
people that checked us in, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant
staff (apart from the Commis 2nd Chef who was doing the scrambled eggs
and omelette in the mornings who seemed pretty miserable to be there

This is the best hotel if you want to stay with ur family... The room
size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And
whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff
is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful
and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at
least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard
point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again

Rooms were spacious and clean. Service from staff was the best. Very helpful and cheerful. They were intelligent. Concierge was knowledgeable and polite. Beds are very comfortable. We liked the sheer luxury and quality about everything the hotel has, its comfort, cleanliness and service. We liked its position, not directly on Orchard Road but a four minute straight walk to the hustle bustle of the huge shops and everything that has to offer.We liked the fabulous coffee shop with its cakes and savouries which was great for breakfast when you really did not want the quantity of a full buffet breakfast. We travelled with a 10 week old, and they were great having a crib waiting in our room, and an upgrade so we'd be more comfortable. Also the kitchen facilities are lovely and handy if you need a break from eating out.

Every thing was perfect. From the minute we arrived we were meet by happy smiling people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The young ladies at Reception were so helpful they were a pleasure to meet and talk with. Well done young ladies. Our room had everything we needed and housekeeping done a great job at keeping it clean and tidy. And a big thank you to the porters the first people we saw when we arrived and the last when we sadly left.
We will certainly make sure we stay with you agai
