The staff went out of their way to make us and our young children feel welcome and were interested in helping us if we had any queries. Terrific breakfast - no extra cost for the young kids. - Everything was great. The front office staff were very helpful. It wasbetter than many other 5 star hotels that I stay at.

An outstanding apartment with very friendly and helpful staff. There were excellent kitchen facilities to entice stay at home meals. Also there is a supermarket across the road. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which made our stay even more memorable. It was easy to sleep due to the very quiet rooms.

My Family and I stayed in a huge self contained 3 bedroom apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful to answer any Questions we had and book us taxis etc. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate, beside the pool. We had lunch there as well, a couple of times, and the staff were all lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone,and I would stay there again if I was so lucky to visit Singapore again.

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. As grandparents holidaying with our 10 and 8 year olds, Fraser Suites was perfect for us. When attempting to book for four at other hotels we couldn't be promised interconnecting rooms or 'room' for us all to relax. Fraser Suites was an amazing surprise. The service provided by the staff were excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Coffee machine with fresh coffee beans - BIG plus for us! The location being so close to Orchard Road was a significant positive aspect. Very good pool on the roof for toddlers. Free wifi also a big bonus for maintaining contact and doing some work.

Regency House is in an excellent location close to Train, bus and Orchard Rd. We walked to these in 5 min or less. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and access to coffee machines was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Kids loved the pool and being able to walk to food malls for dinner was fantatic.

grounds and all of the facilities were 1st class. No it is not on one of
the main shopping streets but it is just a short walk to Orchard road
and one of the best mrt underground stations (a major intersection of 4
different lines) in Singapore. To have the vibrant city of Singapore at
your feet combined with the tranquility and luxury of the Fort Canning

We stayed for a couple of nights and loved it. Very modern and comfortable. The free wifi worked a treat. I could not connect at first, but they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. It's great to stay at a place that understands the importance of wifi. The location was wonderful. Right on Orchard. -

The location of the hotel was in walking distance of many attractions.
Room was fresh and clean, bed comfortable, airconditioner quiet, shower hot and direct, lovely view and no street noise.
Pool has the wow factor.
Breakfast spoilt for choice, relaxed and plentiful.
On our return we have talked to our family and friends about the young luggage assistant who went well beyond good service to assist us with our transfer to the boat. He made the stay for great to memorable.

Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel
