  The hotel is located within walking distance to Chinatown MRT station and is surrounded by eateries offering everything from local favourites to international delicacies. The neighbourhood is a charming mix of preserved shophouses in between the central business district's skyscrapers-- make the most of this setting by exploring on foot. The hotel rooms are simple but very well-designed - Although the room was small, it was compact and it had everything basic we needed. The bed was great to sleep on....soo comfortably soft with nice comforters. The bathroom size was sufficient and the tiles were nice. Water was sufficient in both toilet and bath...nothing eeky in them. Hotel staff are nice to talk to. We felt secured in this place; it was quiet. It is near the shops and the MRT station.

  My husband and I was very impressed with the lady in housekeeping her name is "MUNI" she was very helpful, courteous and if we had a problem concerning our room she went out of her way to get the problem resolved.Thank you Muni for making our stay at Santa Grand Hotel very pleasant. Good location, shopping and restaurants nearby. Has an elevator. Accessible to MRT and taxis.Has a lounge that serve free coffee, tea and milo all day.Free Wi-fi.
