The staff went out of their way to make us and our young children feel welcome and were interested in helping us if we had any queries. Terrific breakfast - no extra cost for the young kids. - Everything was great. The front office staff were very helpful. It wasbetter than many other 5 star hotels that I stay at.

The location of the hotel is perfect on the danube of the river. You can walk via small bridge and find a dozen of nice open air cafes and restaurants.

Location on the river so handy to use the bum boats (water taxi) to get to many areas in the city . Central location . Live music at dinner and in the bar at night. Good variety of food. Spacious rooms good value.

courteous and helpful staff - Breakfast was excellent. and the hotel room is also clean. the per night charged was just alright. it is not so cheap, well what can we say since it comes with the name so cannot complain about it.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are attentive, warm, helpful and friendly. I left my passport and some other things in the safe when I checked out and they emailed me the moment they realised that. I returned to the hotel to collect my things close to 11pm and was attended to immediately. Great service!
Expressemente on the lobby level is opened 24/7 so I can grab a coffee anytime of the day.
Great choice of restaurants near the hotel.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of western and
asian dishes - you can even order how your eggs are cooked. Hotel staff
was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close
walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity).
There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried
one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel
has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.
