  The friendly-ness of the staff that made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. And importantly their sweet smile. (Hyuna/Jaci). The pricing is ok. Love the coffee machine in the room and this hotel is kinky to the maximum, a shower see through cyclinder right in the middle of the room with spotlight on top. The bed and the pillows are so comfy. I had a slice of birthday cake and complimetary late check out at 2pm. Definitely a place if u just wanna chill out and have movie night for a staycation. Its right at tanjong pagar.

  The staff went out of their way to make us and our young children feel welcome and were interested in helping us if we had any queries. Terrific breakfast - no extra cost for the young kids. - Everything was great. The front office staff were very helpful. It wasbetter than many other 5 star hotels that I stay at.

  The fact that we got upgraded, the shuttle bus service and the breakfast was really good. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from there.
