  The hotel has a relaxing aura to it with peacocks strutting about and fish and lily ponds everywhere . The gardens are immaculately maintained a really lovely spot to stay . Beds were very comfortable .The bus service took us anywhere we wanted to go on Sentosa free ! definitely a bonus and one straight to the nearest huge shopping centre . I woul... vad folk säger » d have liked to stay longer to just sit by the pool and relax more and have some time in the Spa . - The room was very spacious especially after an upgrade when we checked in! Our children enjoyed the large resort style pool, and a buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices. The free shuttle running between the resort and Vivo City was convenient and made it easy to get into the city when we wanted to.

  The Hotel was stunning, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Overall a great experience and ideal location for seeing the sights of Sentosa but still providing a relaxing atmosphere. We had a one bedroomed villa for 5 nights with pool and beach access. Due to the price, we thought we would get one of the not-so-good rooms at Michael, as we didnt like the rooms in Hard Rock and Festive before. They helped me with currency conversion, numerous taxi bookings and when I asked for a room with a good view they certainly delivered. My flight did not leave until 1am and after a whole day shopping I was rather flustered. So, the hotel staff sorted me out with toiletries, towels, a place to shower, access to the pool to cool off and looked after my bags. The customer service from the staff is one of the best I have experienced.

  Fantastic resort!!! Excellent customer service, all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and check in was not until 2pm we were able to check into our room 2 hours prior to our check in time and were offered a free upgrade which we were very grateful for. Hotel pool was closed for maintenance but we were able to use the facilities at the Hard Rock Hotel which were fabulous.Sentosa Island is 30 min - Festive Hotel is one of the hotels in the heart of Sentosa. The family room has a little loft bed for the kids. Both our children 8 and 5 slept up there together. When we were looking for a last minute place to stay in Singapore we found the Festive Hotel for 45% off the normal price during a 4 night stay during the week (be aware the price they show is excluding the taxes unlike the other hotels which include the taxes in the price). We would NOT have stayed at the hotel at it's original price

  It is a nice play to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the City, yet close enough to get there within 15 minutes. I decided on staying at the Hard Rock Hotel at rws last year, when I saw the way the hotel was designed and dressed up. I liked the deco and the open concept bar in the lobby. My request for a cake to be sent to the room exactly at 12midnight for my fiance's birthday was amazingly carried out by the staff.   I highly recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone! It was an amazing hotel experience with luxury taste and design with so much value. The staff were absolutely lovely, accomodating and best of all had character and made you feel welcome. Beside the two check-in/out counters, the staff opened one more to cater for the long queue during the peak hours. Though busy but they still put on their smile to answer all the questions. But I would like the hotel to consider to have more counters during the peak hours as the queue is very long. Maybe cater only from Fri to Sun. I had waited for half an hour to check-in.
