Great hotel, excellent location above the MRT station, Chinatown with many restaurants just around the corner. Excellent staff, very nice, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is relatively big (ca. 20m distance for swimming, plus adjacent pool for relaxing, although only 1.20m deep). I received a very good price for this nice hotel, probably because the hotel is new and after only 3 months not yet fully booked.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of western and
asian dishes - you can even order how your eggs are cooked. Hotel staff
was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close
walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity).
There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried
one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel
has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.

The staff were amazing and ultra-accommodating to me and my hubby's requests! The robes were high quality and comfortable, lots of good amenities in the room like complementary Nespresso, water, juice and cokes... very refreshing. All the rooms were beautiful. I loved the books you can read and purchase in the lobby, the in house coffee shop serves great coffee.

Great location close to MRT station and within walking distance to Marina Bay.
The room we had was clean and spacious with a nice view.
Complimentary coffee is excellent. The staff are really friendly and ready to help whenever required. We arrived well before the check-in time and were offered early check-in no charge.
There is a good variety of food available for breakfast which is definitely worth paying a bit extra for. We also had some food at the restaurant and it was really good.

I like about the friendliness of the staff. They are all very polite and helpful. I have a very nice double room with a small area of dinning. Close to china town and easy to grab a taxi at anytime of the day. Clubs around the corner during the weekend and very quiet. I would definitely come back on my next trip

Very convenient for everything, especially Chinatown which we loved. 5 mins walk to the metro- perfect with children - Proximity to river and China town good. Staff very helpful and was offered an upgrade. Chose the hotel as I had stayed at the other Furama before and was very impressed by it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big and we even had a window!
The pool is very nice, although the view is nothing special.
Our flight was late at night and we could store our luggage and they even offered us to take a shower before we left for the airport! This is a great service that I have not yet experienced.

First, location is very central to all activities of day and night.
Walking distance to the river night life and teh underground (mrt) .
Second, acted as a **** hotel should and more: I stayed for one night to
catch a particularly late flight but got hold of the hotel for almost 2
nights; late check-out at 2 P.M. , luggage stored, complimentary shower
after my city tour (from 4-8 P.M.) then headed to airport by the nearby
mrt. 9 P.M. check-out would have cost me 2 nights. Thank you Parks !
