Hög service och ett mycket trevligt hotell. - I experienced a high standard of customer service from every member of the Scarlet team which I came into contact with. My friends and I stayed here for a week and loved every aspect of the
apartments! Firstly they are in an excellent location short walk to
clarke quay, china town, train stations and plenty of dining options. It
is very central with a very short train ride to sentosa and orchid rd.

The moment we arrived the staff where so friendly and helpful and this
continued through until the day we left. Special thanks to Ace Tan and
Lee Lay Ying for surprising my Mum on her birthday with a lovely basket
of flowers and not forgetting the Breakfast Staff especially Jun who my
Mum enjoyed chatting to in Malay...very pleasant team of staff
throughout. The Apartment and facilities where excellent and the
poolside and gym very relaxing. The location was excellent central to
all directions

A hotel within a country club
The well maintained Residence is located on the third floor of a country club in town, and comprises of 26 rooms and 2 suites, facing either the Padang (cricket lawn) or the city. The swimming pool which is located at the corner of the basement, which feels like a pond within a cave.
Cleanliness did not disappoint.

The hotel is in a great location in the colonial district kitty corner
to Raffles Hotel, walking distance to Singapore Flyer, subway, Hop On
Hop Off Bus, countless shopping centres and restaurants, the river and
boat quay, Marina Bay Sands Hotel and much more. There was a fair bit of
traffic noise as our room overlooked the front road...mainly seemed like
background type noise and didn't disturb our sleep. Somewhat odd
room. The hotel rooms are on the third floor, upper level of the club.

I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The personnel were friendly and polite. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -- in my case usually rooms are too cold. The pool area

We travelled with a 10 week old, and they were great having a crib waiting in our room, and an upgrade so we'd be more comfortable. Also the kitchen facilities are lovely and handy if you need a break from eating out.

Every thing was perfect. From the minute we arrived we were meet by happy smiling people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The young ladies at Reception were so helpful they were a pleasure to meet and talk with. Well done young ladies. Our room had everything we needed and housekeeping done a great job at keeping it clean and tidy. And a big thank you to the porters the first people we saw when we arrived and the last when we sadly left.
We will certainly make sure we stay with you agai

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We were upgraded to a penthouse apartment which was very nice. There was lots of room for everyone, and 4 bathrooms which meant there was no waiting to freshen up. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Washing machine was also very handy. All the staff at entrance and in management office, were polite and very friendly.

This is the best hotel if you want to stay with ur family... The room
size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And
whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff
is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful
and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at
least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard
point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again

The bed is so comfortable!! I stayed in the tree house loft. All soft drinks are complimentary. There is a nesspresso coffee machine. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is okay, not too much to mention. But the restaurant is famous among the Singaporean(said by a local friend). Too bad I didn't have the chance to try it. -

First I was there for my Birthday Surprise.
I love the atmosphere. So comfortable and nice.
I went to booked for Fiance's Birthday. I booked the Junior suite we came back for the second time.The bathroom was awesome!! Its very romantic, clean, nice, the bed is wonderful very comfortable!!
Overall we REALLY REALLY ENJOY OURSELF.

A nice little hotel quite central in Singapore, only a few minutes walk to Lavender MRT station, and with bus stop right outside the hotel also.The staff is very nice, always polite, and playful with our kids.
The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom has nice pressure in the shower. There´s also closet space to put your clothes.
Nice little pool to dip in for the kids also.
