  The privacy, cleanliness, Scenery was lovely and central to everything. Loads of parking so we left the car there and walked around. The man at reception was very pleasent and friendly. - The proximity to the shore/shops/ferry/Waitangi museum/eateries etc. but far enough away from main traffic noise.

  We booked a one bedroom apartment, pricing very reasonable ++, we enjoyed a genuine feel of privacy when we wanted it, yet social connection with other campers / holiday makers whenever you were up for it.   The location was lovely. Secluded grounds, but only about 5 minutes' drive from Kerikeri centre. Peaceful and tranquil setting. Barbecues available for guests' use.   We booked this hotel on the basis of the letsbookhotel.com reviews and weren't disappointed. All of the staff we encountered were just brilliant. Even the housekeeping staff we cornered to ask for more plunger coffee, nothing was too much trouble. Our room (the king loft) was perfect. Breakfast was a steal at $18 each and very yummy. (2) the room layout was the best we encountered in over 2 weeks travel in NZ. It had all of the things we needed, especially space, and none of the things (kitchen etc) we didn't need.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on March 11, 12, 13 and wished our schedule had allowed a couple more days there. We were greeted with wine and fresh-baked, delicious cookies. We found the newly renovated suite to be wonderfully fresh. The kitchenette was well stocked. The shower was spacious and gorgeous – a delight to use. Our hosts were very pleasant and accommodating offering lots of advice about local attractions and re - The 3 units that we stayed at for 3 nights were all very well presented. There as enough room in the studios for a couple to feel comfortable and the 1-room unit was more than adequate. We had 6 people dine in both types of unit and it worked well. Shower was excellent and the bathrooms very nicely appointed with glass transparent hand basins and very modern fittings.

  The motel is in a very pleasant setting, and that combined with the helpfulness of the owners makes for a great few days of relaxation.   I really enjoyed my stay at his place, and the location was an added bonus. I really look forward to booking with them in future and hopefully there will be availablilities the next time I want to book in.

  I love Taipa Bay Resort. I really liked the relaxed atmosphere combined with the fact that the rooms are spacious, clean, have everything you need and are very comfortable. The beds and bedding are top quality. Having the cafe right on site serving good coffee and food early in the morning is brilliant. Food was yum good prices and the scenery was awesome to wake up to. Had everything we could need while there, food, bar, facilities in room. Overall loved my stay with my family.

  Nice Motel, friendly staff, a huge room with spa bath. The manager was extremely friendly, courteous and most helpful. The location of this Motel is great. Within easy walking distance to shops, rsa Club with the best meals and cheap as there! We enjoying staying here for 2 nights and the facilities were above our expectations. We had bad weather ... vad folk säger » but the manager offered us a video recorder, plus movies which was very welcomed and made us feel right at home. Top class - 10 out of 10 Dolphin Mote - loved the roominess of the apartment - ideal when travelling with a toddler who likes to run around. Also loved the separate bedrooms and full kitchen. Really loved being greeted with a free beer or softdrink, and free wifi. Also the added mile Paul went to pay our toll for us - saved us having to stop if the baby was asleep. Thank you Paul. Great location within easy walk to everything, and great recommendation about meals at the RSA.
