I want to recommend this motel highly, due to unfortunate circumstances we had to extend our stay to 9 days, the staff and owners were just amazing, they were so helpful and compassionate, the rooms are comfortable and clean. We will continue to stay at this motel when in Kerikeri without a doubt! -

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble.
The unit we stayed in was extremely well presented with some really nice personal touches added. The kids absolutely loved our stay here and we were sad to leave.

Waiora Apartments was set in a lovely peaceful bush setting, lovely timber with lovely bed upstairs, clean and tidy. Downstairs was okay but only for sleeping really not a space you would want to have to stay in for a long time. I loved the calm and peaceful feeling of this place.

The 3 units that we stayed at for 3 nights were all very well
presented. There as enough room in the studios for a couple to feel
comfortable and the 1-room unit was more than adequate. We had 6 people
dine in both types of unit and it worked well. Shower was excellent and
the bathrooms very nicely appointed with glass transparent hand basins
and very modern fittings.

The owner, Kay, was terrific -- smart, friendly, helpful, gracious, and knowledgable about the area and it's history and inhabitants. She even helped me enjoy fishing on Long Beach one day - a great day! Triton is the only place I'll stay in Russe

Wonderful retreat and a great place to get away from it all and spend time with family / friends.
Ruby & Noel do all they can to make you feel at home and feel like part of the family. Great home cooked food. Everything on site for the family to use. Love it here and will return as soon as we can.
