  The staff was kind and very helpful. The location also was fair..From Hotel to the Hakata Station about 6-8minutes. Nearby also have more than 4 convenience store (24 hours). You can also take bus across the road infront of hotel if you plan to go to Tenjin or to Fukuoka Tower area.   English speaking staff made our welcome more personal than any other hotel we stayed at. Facility was best during our 10-day trip,. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable, always clean, immaculate, and even had a dresser!. Centrally located in Kumamoto with bus stop, street cars very accessible.   Very excellent hotel. Location is very closed to Nagasaki train station. Just a few walks, easy to find it out. Facilities in the room is very good. - The hotel is next to train station, very convenient to all activities. The facility is new and modern. Room with a view to the harbor was quiet.
