One of the best and most friendly (staff and room) hotels we had on our ringroad trip. Definitely a recommendation to leave the road no. 1, very good dinner and breakfast!! Very nice view on the lake, absolutly quiet. We liked it very much. -

The staff comprising of Oris, Tomas, Olin and Christie were just awesome
people. We felt that we were at home having a night out. All our
questions were answered with additional info of interest added. The

The room was clean and comfortable with a good view of the town. There were outdoor spaces to enjoy the sunset over the water. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was excellent.

Location. It might be the only place to stay near Skaftafell national park but camping at the park itself.
Perfect breakfast: waffles and hot chocolate and many more.
We appreciated that the restaurant served us dinner when we arrived quite late for it.
