  One of the best and most friendly (staff and room) hotels we had on our ringroad trip. Definitely a recommendation to leave the road no. 1, very good dinner and breakfast!! Very nice view on the lake, absolutly quiet. We liked it very much. - We stayed in one of the great cabins. We were there to hike and enjoy the forest.   Was a very clean dormitory style/hostel accommodation, central location that was easy to find. Very well heated, shared shower-rooms were immaculate, kitchen facilities good and there was plenty of parking space and good wi-fi internet access - Everything in this hotel is new and very clean.   Lovely and peaceful - a nice way for us to refresh and recollect ourselves in the middle of our trip around the Ring Road. There were not too many other guests staying there, and bathrooms were not an issue for us. An underrated guesthouse and a lovely surprise, I think! - The quality of the house.   We originally had booked to stay in one of the smaller rooms with a shared bathroom, however, the manager upgraded us to a private apartment that was empty for the night! He was very helpful and kind! Having seen both rooms, they both were very nice and spacious and clean! The location is right on the water, and has a beautiful view from - Love this place, very quiet village with a lovely setting in the fjord.   We stayed at a 3 bedroom apartment over the Posturinn, not in the main guesthouse. The apartment was lovely, large and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind - they replaced the faucet while we were there and came within 3 minutes when we locked ourselves out at 11pm. I can't speak to the main guesthouse, but I would highly recommend thi... vad folk säger » s apartment. - We stayed in the annexe at the back of the main guesthouse. Serve yourself breakfast was included which was good, guests sitting room and kitchen/dining room were nice and spacious. Nice outside seating area.
