Decorated in lovely modern design. I loved the access to the courtyard and you didn't feel like you were in the middle of the city. The owner Des was incredibly accommodating and receptionist Yvette was lovely.

  Excellent value for money and book early in Christchurch as the Construction Workers fill many places. A motel is pretty much a motel in nz but the price varies hugely - at a modest price this one had facilities etc similar to those we paid double for in other towns. You can walk to the excellent Botanic Gardens but you cannot walk to the - It was clean, comfortable, easy to find, a very reasonable price, and in a perfect location for an evening stroll in the park before bed.
